Air Fried Lemon Pepper Ribs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Brine

01 - 2 racks ribs
02 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
03 - 1 tablespoon black pepper
04 - 1 tablespoon lemon zest or lime zest
05 - 1 tablespoon sugar
06 - 1 tablespoon salt

→ Lemon Pepper Sauce

07 - Pan drippings
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
09 - 1 teaspoon shredded garlic
10 - 2 teaspoons lemon zest or lime zest
11 - Juice of 1-2 large lemons
12 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
13 - 2 teaspoons sugar

→ Additional Ingredients

14 - 1 cup hot water
15 - 1 ½ tablespoon oil
16 - Oil for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and pat dry the ribs. Combine all ingredients for the dry brine and sprinkle evenly across both sides of the ribs. Place on a tray in the refrigerator overnight, uncovered.
02 - Preheat the oven to broil at 550°F (290°C).
03 - Slice the whole rack of ribs into individual ribs. Lay the ribs on a sheet pan and coat lightly with 1 ½ tablespoons of oil.
04 - Place the ribs in the oven and broil each large side until golden, approximately 8 minutes per side.
