# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or romaine)
02 - 1 apple (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith), thinly sliced
03 - ½ cup walnuts, toasted
04 - ¼ cup dried cranberries
05 - ¼ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
06 - ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced

→ Maple Dijon Vinaigrette

07 - 3 tbsp olive oil
08 - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
09 - 1 tbsp maple syrup
10 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard
11 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:
