Avocado Toast with Feta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
02 - 2-4 slices of bread, toasted
03 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
04 - 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
05 - 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
06 - 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste
08 - 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
09 - Fresh herbs, such as parsley or basil, for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, scoop out the avocado flesh and mash it with a fork. Mix in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
02 - Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
03 - Spread the mashed avocado generously over each slice of toasted bread.
04 - Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the avocado layer. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese, chopped cranberries, and walnuts over the toast.
05 - Finish with an extra sprinkle of salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
