01 - 1 cup milk
02 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1/4 cup lemon juice
08 - Zest of 1 lemon
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Graham Cracker Crumble

10 - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
11 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
12 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
13 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, flour, granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
02 - In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until the mixture resembles wet sand.
03 - Pour the pie mixture into a greased pie dish or individual ramekins. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumble evenly on top. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
04 - Allow the pie to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm or chilled as desired.
