# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - 6 tablespoons (84g) unsalted butter, melted

04 - 16 ounces (450g) cream cheese, softened
05 - 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
06 - 4 large eggs, separated
07 - 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
09 - 1/2 cup (120ml) Baileys Irish Cream

→ For the whipped cream

10 - 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
11 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
12 - 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
02 - Prepare the crust and press it into a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan.
03 - Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add granulated sugar and beat until combined.
04 - Beat in eggs, one at a time, followed by sour cream and vanilla extract.
05 - Stir in Baileys Irish Cream.
06 - Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan.
07 - Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
08 - Cool completely in the pan.
09 - Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of Baileys Irish Cream, if desired.
