02 - 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
03 - 1 cup fresh mozzarella, cubed
04 - 1 cup fresh basil leaves

08 - Pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
02 - Season the flank steak generously with salt and pepper. Place it on the grill and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, cubed mozzarella, and fresh basil leaves. Pour in the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then add salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything together gently.
