Easy Banana Muffins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 188g all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
03 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
07 - 345g mashed bananas (3-4 ripe).
08 - 85g unsalted butter, melted.
09 - 135g brown sugar.
10 - 1 large egg.
11 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
12 - 2 tablespoons milk.
13 - Optional: 1 cup nuts or chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F. Prepare muffin pan with liners.
02 - Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg.
03 - In another bowl, mash bananas. Add melted butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, milk. Mix well.
04 - Pour dry into wet ingredients. Mix until combined.
05 - Add nuts or chocolate if using.
06 - Fill muffin cups to top.
07 - Bake 5 minutes at 425°F.
08 - Lower to 350°F, bake 16-18 minutes more.
09 - Cool 5 minutes in pan, then move to rack.

02 - Can use frozen bananas.
