→ Cooking Essentials

10 - 2 tablespoons butter (for grilling)
11 - Optional dipping sauce (salsa, sour cream, or guacamole)

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, toss the sliced steak with olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
02 - Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until they soften and begin to caramelize (about 5-7 minutes). Set aside.
03 - In the same pan, add the marinated steak slices and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is cooked through and browned.
04 - Lay a warm tortilla flat and layer with the cooked steak, sautéed onions, bell peppers, and a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 - Fold the tortilla over the filling and press it lightly. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and grill the wrap for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and slightly crispy with char marks.
06 - Cut the wrap in half and serve with your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
