                Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and allow to cool.

                In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat and mix in the marinara sauce. Remove from heat.

                In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a creamy filling.

                Fill each cooked pasta shell with the ricotta mixture. Arrange the filled shells in a baking dish.

                Top the filled shells with the beef and marinara sauce mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

                Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
