Beef Stuffed Shells Ricotta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 jumbo pasta shells
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
04 - 1 cup marinara sauce
05 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
06 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
07 - 1 egg
08 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
09 - Salt to taste
10 - Pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and allow to cool.
02 - In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat and mix in the marinara sauce. Remove from heat.
03 - In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a creamy filling.
04 - Fill each cooked pasta shell with the ricotta mixture. Arrange the filled shells in a baking dish.
05 - Top the filled shells with the beef and marinara sauce mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
06 - Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
