01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 2 cups shredded cabbage
03 - 1 cup matchstick carrots
04 - 2 green onions, chopped
05 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
06 - 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
07 - 1 tsp sesame oil
08 - 1 tsp garlic, minced
09 - 1 tsp ginger, grated
10 - Sesame seeds for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
02 - Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce (if using), and sesame oil to the skillet. Stir thoroughly to combine.
03 - Toss in the shredded cabbage and matchstick carrots. Cook until the vegetables are just tender, ensuring they retain some crunch.
04 - Serve the stir-fry in bowls. Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
