# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1/2 cup sugar
03 - 2 teaspoons baking powder

06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 1/4 cup melted butter
08 - 2 eggs

10 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage (optional)
11 - 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
03 - In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Combine with the dry ingredients.
04 - Stir in cooked bacon or sausage and shredded cheese if desired.
