Cajun Steak and Shrimp Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Steak

01 - 1 ribeye or sirloin steak (8-10 oz)
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1/2 tsp salt
04 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
05 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/2 tsp paprika
07 - 1 tbsp butter

→ Shrimp

08 - 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
09 - 1 tbsp olive oil
10 - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
11 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
12 - 1/4 tsp salt
13 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
14 - 1 tbsp butter

→ Cajun Alfredo Sauce

15 - 2 tbsp butter
16 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
17 - 1 cup heavy cream
18 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
19 - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
20 - 1/4 tsp salt
21 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
22 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

→ Pasta and Garnish

23 - 8 oz fettuccine pasta
24 - 1 tsp salt (for boiling water)
25 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
26 - 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Boil fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or adjust for desired doneness. Add butter and baste the steak for 1 minute. Remove from the pan, let it rest, then slice.
03 - In the same pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes per side until pink. Add butter and toss, then set aside.
04 - In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until creamy, then add cherry tomatoes.
05 - Toss cooked pasta in the Cajun Alfredo sauce. Plate the pasta and top with sliced steak and shrimp. Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes.
