# Ingredients:

→ Salad

01 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
02 - 1 cup raspberries
03 - 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
04 - 1 cup melon (honeydew or cantaloupe), cubed
05 - 1 cup pineapple, cubed
06 - 1 cup grapes (red or green), halved
07 - 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
08 - ¼ cup granola or chopped nuts (optional)

→ Dressing

09 - ½ cup Greek yogurt (or vanilla yogurt)
10 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
11 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
12 - 1 tbsp lemon juice

→ Garnishing

13 - Drizzle of caramel sauce
14 - Fresh mint leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and chop all the fresh fruits into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
03 - Gently fold the cream cheese cubes into the fruit mixture. Drizzle the dressing over and toss lightly until everything is coated.
04 - Sprinkle with granola or chopped nuts for crunch, drizzle caramel sauce over the top, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
05 - Let it sit in the fridge for 15-30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
