Cheesy Garlic Butter Corn (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ears of corn, husked
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
05 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 0.5 teaspoon paprika (optional)
07 - 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 0.25 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
10 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - For boiling, bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the corn, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. For grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the corn for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
02 - In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
03 - Brush the hot corn with the garlic butter mixture.
04 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan all over the corn. Sprinkle mozzarella or cheddar on top and broil for 1-2 minutes if using an oven, or let the cheese melt over the warm corn.
