In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the yogurt and mix until the dough comes together. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 2–3 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Set aside.

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Roll out the dough into a thin oval or circle and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the flatbread with half of the garlic butter mixture and bake for 5 minutes.

Remove the flatbread from the oven. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the top. Return to the oven and bake for another 7–10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Once out of the oven, brush with the remaining garlic butter and garnish with fresh parsley.

Slice and serve warm. Ideal as an appetizer, side dish, or snack.
