Chicken Bacon Crunch Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Casserole base

01 - 32 oz frozen tater tots
02 - 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
04 - 1 can cream of chicken soup
05 - 16 oz sour cream
06 - 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
07 - 1 pound cooked chicken, chopped or shredded

→ Fresh garnish

08 - 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
09 - 2 tablespoons reserved crumbled bacon

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Set aside 2 tablespoons of crumbled bacon for garnish.
02 - In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, most of the crumbled bacon, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, and shredded cheddar cheese until combined.
03 - Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with frozen tater tots arranged in a single layer.
04 - Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes, until the tater tots are golden and crispy, and the casserole is bubbling around the edges.
05 - Remove the casserole from the oven. Sprinkle with reserved bacon crumbles and fresh sliced green onions. Serve hot.
