Toss the drained pasta into the pan with bacon and garlic. Remove from heat and stir in the egg mixture quickly, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve a creamy sauce.

Top the pasta with sliced grilled chicken, crispy bacon, and fresh parsley. Serve warm with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
