Chicken Cordon Bleu Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 (6-8oz) chicken breast cutlets.
02 - 4 tablespoons plain yogurt.
03 - 1 tablespoon dijon mustard.
04 - Salt & pepper.
05 - 8 slices deli ham.
06 - 6 slices deli Swiss cheese.
07 - 2 tablespoons plain breadcrumbs.
08 - Spray oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl.
02 - Place chicken cutlets in baking dish, spread sauce evenly over each.
03 - Layer ham and cheese slices over chicken, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spray with oil.
04 - Cook at 400ºF for 25 minutes until chicken reaches 165ºF.
05 - Let rest 3-5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Cut large chicken breasts in half for proper portions.
02 - Use 1.5 cheese slices and 2 ham slices per chicken piece.
03 - Adjust toppings based on slice sizes.
