In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix until smooth and fully combined.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.

Spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle. Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and pinching the edges to seal.

Place the stuffed crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden and flaky.
