Easy Pasta with Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 250g pasta.
02 - 350g chicken breast, cubed.
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - 20g butter.
05 - 1 medium onion, sliced.
06 - 225g mushrooms, sliced.
07 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes.
09 - 1 teaspoon dried basil.
10 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
11 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste.
12 - 2 cans crushed tomatoes (800g total).
13 - 75g baby spinach.
14 - 40g Parmesan, grated.
15 - Salt and black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil water in large pot. Salt well and cook pasta until al dente.
02 - Heat oil in large pan, melt butter in it.
03 - Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook 5-6 minutes until golden.
04 - Put in onion and mushrooms. Cook 3-4 minutes until mushrooms shrink.
05 - Add garlic, chili flakes, basil, and oregano. Cook 1 minute.
06 - Stir in tomato paste and crushed tomatoes. Simmer 5 minutes.
07 - Mix in spinach, cook 1 minute.
08 - Add cooked pasta, toss well.
09 - Stir in Parmesan. Season to taste. Serve with extra cheese if desired.
