Best Chocolate Crinkle Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
02 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar
03 - 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
07 - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
08 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Mix-ins & Coating

10 - 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
11 - 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted

# Instructions:

01 - Cream butter and sugars on high speed 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy, scraping bowl as needed.
02 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing well between each. Add vanilla and mix.
03 - Whisk together dry ingredients, then mix into wet ingredients until combined. Add chocolate chips.
04 - Spread batter up sides of bowl with spatula. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
05 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare baking sheet. Sift powdered sugar into bowl.
06 - Scoop chilled dough into balls, roll in powdered sugar to coat evenly.
07 - Bake 8-10 minutes until spread with crackled tops. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
