Place bacon in cold skillet on medium heat, flip every 3-4 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Place bacon on foil-lined pan in cold oven, heat to 425ºF and cook about 15 minutes.

Chop romaine and dice tomatoes, add to bowl with mayonnaise and toss.

Remove bacon grease, place rolls cut-side down to toast 2-3 minutes.

Broil rolls cut-side up for 1-3 minutes, watching carefully.

Chop bacon, add to vegetable mixture, toss together and fill toasted rolls.
