Classic Cinnamon Coffee Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Base

01 - 2 large eggs
02 - 1 1/2 cups sugar
03 - 1 1/4 cup milk
04 - 1 cup vegetable oil
05 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
06 - 3 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Topping

09 - 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
10 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon
11 - 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into small cubes
12 - 1 cup all-purpose flour

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
02 - Whisk eggs, sugar, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla until combined.
03 - Add flour, baking powder and salt, whisk until combined.
04 - Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, cold butter and flour. Use hands to pinch butter into mixture until crumbly.
05 - Pour half batter in pan, sprinkle 1/3 topping. Add remaining batter and top with remaining topping.
06 - Bake 40-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm or cooled.
