Classic Crockpot Chili (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons chili powder.
02 - 2 teaspoons cumin.
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper.
08 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional).
09 - 2 pounds ground beef.
10 - 2 green bell peppers, diced.
11 - 1 large onion, diced.
12 - 2 jalapeƱos, diced with seeds removed (optional).
13 - 1 15oz can dark red kidney beans.
14 - 1 15oz can chili ready black beans.
15 - 1 15oz can diced tomatoes.
16 - 1 46oz can 100% tomato juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ground beef over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until barely pink, drain, and add to crockpot.
02 - Add peppers, onion, undrained beans, tomatoes, and all seasonings to crockpot.
03 - Pour in tomato juice and mix everything together carefully.
04 - Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

# Notes:

01 - Use chili ready tomatoes if available.
02 - Don't drain the canned beans.
03 - Can adjust spice level with optional ingredients.
