Chocolate Whip Candy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packages (11 oz each) milk chocolate chips.
02 - 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed.
03 - 24 oz dark chocolate melting wafers.

# Instructions:

01 - Microwave 1 minute. Stir, microwave 30 seconds more. Cool 20 minutes to room temperature.
02 - Line 8-inch pan with parchment.
03 - Fold melted chocolate into Cool Whip. Mix gently. Small chocolate bits are normal. Continue until fully combined.
04 - Pour into pan, freeze 30 minutes.
05 - Cut into 36 squares. Freeze squares 30 minutes more.
06 - Melt dark chocolate melting wafers.
07 - Dip frozen squares in chocolate. Let set on parchment.
08 - Store in freezer.

01 - Keep frozen until serving.
02 - Lasts 30 days in freezer.
03 - Can make as round truffles.
