Fold melted chocolate into Cool Whip. Mix gently. Small chocolate bits are normal. Continue until fully combined.

Pour into pan, freeze 30 minutes.

Cut into 36 squares. Freeze squares 30 minutes more.

Melt dark chocolate melting wafers.

Dip frozen squares in chocolate. Let set on parchment.
