# Ingredients:

01 - Eggs
02 - Cottage cheese
03 - Milk
04 - Chopped spinach
05 - Salt
06 - Pepper
07 - Garlic powder
08 - Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
09 - Cooked bacon bits
10 - Diced vegetables

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
02 - Stir in chopped spinach, shredded cheese, and either cooked bacon bits or diced vegetables, if using.
03 - Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
04 - Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) until the top is golden and the bake is set, approximately 25-30 minutes.
05 - Allow the dish to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
