Crab Crescent Bites Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
02 - 1 cup cooked crab meat, chopped (fresh, canned, or imitation)
03 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
05 - 2 green onions, finely chopped
06 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning or any seafood seasoning
07 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - Optional garnish: chopped parsley or paprika

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, crab meat, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, shredded cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
03 - Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Place about 1 tablespoon of crab mixture at the wide end of each triangle, then roll up like a crescent roll.
04 - Place crescents on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
05 - Optional: Sprinkle with parsley or paprika before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Use mini muffin tins and press the dough in to make little crab cups.
02 - Add a touch of lemon zest or a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor.
03 - Serve with a side of garlic aioli or cocktail sauce.
