Quick Creamy Pasta Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 3 cups medium pasta shells, uncooked

→ Meat and Vegetables

02 - 1 lb. ground beef
03 - 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
04 - ½ large onion, diced
05 - 1 tsp garlic, minced

→ Sauce Base

06 - 3 tbsp Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
07 - ¼ cup all-purpose flour
08 - 2 cups beef broth
09 - ½ cup sour cream
10 - 1 cup mild cheddar cheese

→ Seasonings

11 - 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
12 - 1 tsp salt
13 - ½ tsp black pepper
14 - 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta shells according to package instructions, until tender. Drain and set aside.
02 - Meanwhile, in a large pan over medium heat, brown ground beef, red bell pepper and onion until beef is cooked through and crumbled. Drain any fat and return pan to heat.
03 - Add in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and stir until fragrant. Stir in Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt until melted, then whisk in flour and cook about 1 minute, until flour is absorbed.
04 - Gradually stir in beef broth, until mixture is slightly thickened. Stir in sour cream and mild cheddar cheese until combined, then stir in pasta shells. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!

01 - Can be made with any short pasta shape
02 - Sauce will continue to thicken as it stands
