# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
03 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
04 - 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon honey
06 - 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon paprika
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Vegetable oil for frying

# Instructions:

01 - In a shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, and Sriracha sauce until well combined.
03 - Take each chicken breast and dip it into the mayonnaise mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.
04 - Roll the coated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to make sure the crumbs adhere to the chicken.
