01 - 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
02 - 1 cup buttermilk

03 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

11 - 2 eggs, beaten
12 - Cooking spray or oil for baking

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
02 - In a bowl, marinate the chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes or overnight for enhanced flavor.
