Heat oil and brown seasoned roast on all sides.

Add meat, juices, soup mix, water and broth to slow cooker.

Cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8-10 hours until tender.

Remove and shred meat when fork tender.

Put meat on rolls with cheese, broil until cheese melts.
