Garlic Butter Lobster Tails (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Lobster and Seasonings

01 - 4 lobster tails
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
10 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F). Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise, stopping at the tail. Gently pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
02 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using).
03 - Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
04 - Switch the oven to broil for the last 2 minutes of cooking to achieve a crispy, golden top.
05 - Sprinkle the cooked lobster tails with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

# Notes:

01 - For a spicier flavor, include cayenne pepper in the garlic butter mixture.
