# Ingredients:

→ Main ingredients

01 - 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 1 (20 oz) package cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)

→ Sauce ingredients

03 - 3 tbsp butter
04 - 1 tbsp olive oil
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 cup beef broth
07 - ½ cup heavy cream
08 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
10 - ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
11 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

12 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and black pepper, then add to the skillet. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
04 - Pour in the beef broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
05 - Add the cooked ravioli and seared steak back into the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
06 - Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese before serving.
