German Potato Pancakes Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 900g potatoes, peeled and grated
02 - 1 small onion, grated
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 60ml all-purpose flour
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Mix grated potatoes and onion in a large bowl. Add eggs, flour, salt, and pepper, stirring until well combined.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle a small amount of oil into the pan. Spoon some of the potato mixture into the skillet, pressing gently to form a pancake shape.
03 - Cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes, or until golden brown.
04 - Repeat with the remaining potato mixture, adding more oil as needed to prevent sticking.
05 - Serve the crispy pancakes hot, optionally with applesauce or sour cream.
