Green Power Pizza Crust (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 150g steamed broccoli, mashed
02 - 30g fresh spinach, chopped
03 - 60g almond flour
04 - 1 egg (or flax egg for vegan option)
05 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
06 - 3 tablespoons water
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Mix chia seeds with water and let sit for 10 minutes to form a gel.
03 - In a bowl, combine mashed broccoli, spinach, almond flour, egg, chia gel, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Mix well.
04 - Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet, forming a round pizza base about 1/4 inch thick.
05 - Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and firm.
06 - Add toppings of choice and bake for another 10 minutes.
