Grilled Steak Honey Wings Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Grilled Steak

01 - 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon black pepper

→ Honey BBQ Wings

07 - 1 pound chicken wings
08 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
09 - 2 tablespoons honey
10 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

→ Cajun Shrimp

13 - 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
14 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
15 - 2 tablespoons butter
16 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Corn on the Cob

17 - 4 ears of corn
18 - 2 tablespoons butter
19 - 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

→ Drizzle Sauce

20 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
21 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
22 - 1 tablespoon honey
23 - 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Rub steaks with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
02 - Preheat oven to 200°C or set up a grill. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Coat the wings with half the sauce and bake or grill for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway. Reserve the remaining sauce for basting.
03 - Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until opaque.
04 - Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
05 - Boil or grill the corn until tender (about 10 minutes). Brush with butter and sprinkle Cajun seasoning.
06 - Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
07 - Plate the sliced steak, wings, shrimp, and corn. Drizzle the sauce over the steak and shrimp. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions, if desired.
