# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
02 - 1 (16 oz) package frozen shredded hashbrowns
03 - 1 (16.3 oz) can large flaky biscuits
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 6 large eggs
06 - 1 cup milk
07 - ½ tsp salt
08 - ¼ tsp black pepper
09 - ¼ tsp garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbly. Drain excess grease if needed, then set aside.
03 - In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
04 - Cut the biscuits into small pieces and spread them evenly in the prepared baking dish. Layer the cooked sausage on top, followed by the hashbrowns and shredded cheese. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the casserole.
05 - Place in the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
