# Ingredients:

→ Meat Layer

01 - 1.5 pounds ground beef
02 - 2 cans tomato sauce (15 ounces each)
03 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon sugar
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Cream Layer

07 - 8 ounces cream cheese
08 - 8 ounces sour cream

→ Other Layers

09 - 8 ounces egg noodles
10 - 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
03 - Incorporate tomato sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper into the beef mixture. Simmer for 3-5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
04 - In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Cook egg noodles according to package directions until al dente.
05 - Layer half the cooked noodles in a baking dish, followed by half the cream mixture and half the meat sauce. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with a topping of shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly and golden.
