# Ingredients:

09 - ½ cup softened unsalted butter
10 - 1 cup brown sugar
11 - 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
12 - ½ cup chopped walnuts

→ Cream Cheese Icing

13 - 4 ounces softened cream cheese
14 - ¼ cup softened unsalted butter
15 - 1½ cups powdered sugar
16 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Mix warm milk with yeast and sugar in a large bowl. Let it rest for about 5 minutes until foamy.
02 - Stir in melted butter, eggs, salt, and mashed banana until well combined. Gradually mix in flour to form a soft dough.
03 - Knead dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour in a warm area until doubled in size.
04 - Mix softened butter with brown sugar and cinnamon to create a spreadable filling.
05 - Roll dough into a 20x14-inch rectangle. Spread with filling and sprinkle walnuts if desired. Roll tightly from the long side and cut into 12 equal pieces.
06 - Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F, then bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
