# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together, then set aside. In a separate large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Add in the sugar and continue mixing until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Then, stir in the vanilla extract, honey, and peach puree. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined. Evenly divide the batter among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth, about 2 minutes. Gradually add powdered sugar, ½ cup at a time, beating well after each addition until smooth and fluffy. Stir in the honey and vanilla extract, then the peach puree if desired. Continue mixing until the frosting is smooth and easy to spread.
03 - Once the cupcakes are fully cooled, generously frost each one with the cream cheese frosting, using a spatula or piping bag. Top each cupcake with a slice of peach and drizzle with honey if you'd like.
