Add the heavy cream, butter, and Truvia® Sweet Complete™ All Purpose Sweetener to a medium saucepan. Place it over medium heat and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce and simmer until reduced by half, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. This takes 15-30 minutes. The mixture will thicken and become yellowish orange.

Once heavy cream mixture is ready, add in the peanut butter and stir until completely dissolved.

Pour the mixture in a parchment lined loaf pan (8.5×4.5 inch, or smaller for thicker fudge). Refrigerate or freeze until firm then slice and serve.
