Easy Keto Peanut Butter Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup heavy cream
02 - 1 tablespoon butter
03 - 2 1/2 tablespoons Truvia® Sweet Complete™ All Purpose Sweetener
04 - 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter

# Instructions:

01 - Add the heavy cream, butter, and Truvia® Sweet Complete™ All Purpose Sweetener to a medium saucepan. Place it over medium heat and bring to a boil.
02 - Once boiling, reduce and simmer until reduced by half, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. This takes 15-30 minutes. The mixture will thicken and become yellowish orange.
03 - Once heavy cream mixture is ready, add in the peanut butter and stir until completely dissolved.
04 - Pour the mixture in a parchment lined loaf pan (8.5×4.5 inch, or smaller for thicker fudge). Refrigerate or freeze until firm then slice and serve.
