09 - 10 oz graham crackers, crushed
10 - 2 tablespoons melted butter

→ Garnish

11 - Lime slices
12 - Extra lime zest

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
02 - In another bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
03 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
04 - In a small bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined.
05 - Layer the graham cracker mixture in the bottom of a large glass bowl or individual trifle cups. Spoon a layer of the lime cream mixture over the graham crackers, smoothing it out with a spatula. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of the lime cream mixture on top.
06 - Top with fresh whipped cream, lime slices, and extra lime zest. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
