In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla. Stir wet ingredients into the dry mixture just until combined. Do not overmix.

Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely in the pan.

In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth. Pour glaze over the cooled brownies and spread evenly. Let glaze set before cutting into squares.
