Louisiana Style Voodoo Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - ¼ cup green onions, chopped
10 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
12 - ½ cup ranch dressing or spicy mayo (for dipping)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin fries. Place them in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
03 - Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
04 - Once out of the oven, sprinkle the fries with chopped green onions, grated Parmesan, and fresh parsley. Serve with a side of ranch dressing or spicy mayo for dipping.
