Mac Cheese with Bacon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packs of American cheese slices
02 - 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

→ Pasta

03 - 500 grams of cooked and drained elbow macaroni

→ Others

04 - 30 grams of butter
05 - 600 ml of warm milk
06 - 1 cup of crispy bacon, chopped
07 - Salt and white pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet, melt the butter with the warm milk over medium heat.
02 - Add the American cheese slices and stir until fully melted and combined. Season with salt and white pepper.
03 - Add the cooked macaroni and stir to coat evenly with the cheese sauce.
04 - Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle with the crispy bacon and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
05 - Serve hot and enjoy!
