# Instructions:

01 - Combine mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, egg, chopped green onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl until evenly incorporated.
02 - Roll the mixture into small balls and coat each ball evenly with breadcrumbs.
03 - Place the coated balls on a baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with melted butter.
