Meat Lover's Skillet Tortellini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meats

01 - 3 strips thick cut bacon
02 - 8 oz andouille sausage, diced OR 12 oz ground Italian sausage
03 - 12 slices pizza pepperoni

→ Pasta & Sauce

04 - 24 oz marinara sauce
05 - 1/3 cup water
06 - 13 oz fresh cheese filled tortellini
07 - 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Cook bacon until crispy in oven-safe skillet. Remove to paper towels, leave 2 tablespoons grease in pan.
02 - Sauté andouille or brown ground sausage in bacon grease over medium heat.
03 - Add marinara, water and tortellini. Bring to low boil, reduce heat and cover 7-10 minutes until pasta is tender.
04 - Top with cheese, pepperoni and crumbled bacon. Cover 3-5 minutes until cheese melts. Optionally broil 2 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Can be finished under broiler for extra melty cheese
