# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
02 - ¼ cup melted butter

→ Cheesecake Filling

03 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 1 cup powdered sugar
05 - 2 teaspoons mint extract
06 - 1 cup whipped cream

→ Chocolate Swirl

07 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
08 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

# Instructions:

01 - Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until fully combined. Press the mixture into the base of a pie dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
02 - Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and mint extract until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped cream in a separate bowl until well combined.
03 - Once the crust is set, spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the base.
04 - Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the vegetable oil. Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the cheesecake. Using a toothpick or knife, swirl the chocolate into the cheesecake to create a marbled effect.
05 - Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours, or overnight for best results. Slice and serve chilled.
