Cheesy Potato Bake

# Ingredients:

6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced.

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.

3/4 cup mayonnaise.

1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled.

3 teaspoons garlic, minced.

1/2 cup onion, chopped.
# Instructions:

Heat oven to 325°F. Grease 9x13 baking pan.

Combine potatoes, cheese. Add bacon, garlic, onion. Stir in mayonnaise. Mix until well coated.

Place in preheated oven. Cook 1.5 hours until potatoes are tender and top is golden.

Serve hot from oven.
