Nutella Cream-Filled Crepes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crepes

01 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 1.5 cups milk
04 - 2 tbsp melted butter
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
06 - 0.25 tsp salt
07 - 1 tbsp sugar

→ Nutella Cream Filling

08 - 0.5 cup Nutella
09 - 1 cup heavy cream
10 - 2 tbsp powdered sugar
11 - 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

→ Garnish

12 - Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries)
13 - Powdered sugar
14 - Whipped cream (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, salt, and sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth and free of lumps. Rest the batter for 10 minutes.
02 - Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease lightly with butter or oil. Pour 0.25 cup of batter into the pan, tilting to spread it evenly into a thin layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Set aside and repeat with remaining batter.
03 - Whisk together Nutella, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth and fluffy.
04 - Spread a generous amount of Nutella cream filling on each crepe. Fold into quarters or roll up.
05 - Garnish with fresh berries, powdered sugar, and whipped cream if desired. Serve immediately.
